摘　　要：医患沟通是医者必备的临床技能之一,必须认识到医患沟通的重要性。分析不同神经外科患者及家属的心理变化,运用各种沟通方法及技巧进行有效沟通,营造和谐的医患关系,可以提高患者的心理健康水平,是提高医疗质量和病人满意度的重要保障,也会对临床工作起到积极作用。Doctor-patient communication skill becomes the basic quality of being a doctor.We must pay attention to doctor-patient communication.We analyze the psychological symptom in neurosurgical patients and their families,master all kinds of communication skills and methods to improve the effectiveness of hospital patient communication.Harmony with the patient may improve mental health level of patients effectively and is the important security to improve the quality of medical care and increase the degree of patients＂ satisfaction. Meanwhile, the key doctor-patient communication skills may play a positive role in clinical work.
