摘　　要：对我院48个科室的护士长及其所在科室的护士进行问卷调查,进一步了解我院护士长领导才能需求,以期在提高护士长自身修养的同时,探索出我院护士长必备的领导技能和积极有效的领导行为,从而提高医院病房的管理效率。The head nurse and the nurse of the 48 department in our hospital were conducted by the questionnaire survey, in order to better understand the leadership needs in our hospital, which can improve the self cultivation of the head nurse. Furthermore,to explore the necessary leadership skills and effective leadership,so as to improve the management of hospitals.
