脑卒中后抑郁症心理健康调查表量表间的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中后抑郁症使用心理健康调查表(PHI)量表间的相关性。方法对87例脑卒中后抑郁症患者进行PHI测查,并进行量表间的相关分析。结果男性患者L与PSD呈负相关;F与PSD呈正相关,与DEP、HMA呈负相关;ANX与HMA呈正相关;PSD与F、HYP、HMA呈正相关,与L呈负相关;HYP与PSD呈正相关;HMA与ANX、PSD呈正相关。女性患者F与DEP呈正相关,与HMA呈负相关;SOM与HMA呈负相关;DEP与UNR呈负相关;ANX与HMA呈正相关;PSD与F、HMA呈正相关;UNR与DEP呈负相关;HMA与ANX、PSD呈正相关,与SOM呈负相关(P均<0.05、0.01或0.001)。结论卒中后抑郁症使用PHI量表间有部分相关。Objective To explore the correlation between scale of the Psychological Health Inventory （PHI） in use of post stroke depression. Methods Eighty-seven cases of patients with post stroke depression were evaluated by PHI,and the correlation between scale was done. Results In male patients,the L was negatively correlated with the PSD,the F was positively correlated with the PSD and it was negatively correlated with the DEP and HAM, the ANX was positively corre- lated with the HMA,the PSD was positively correlated with the F , HYP and HMA,and it was negatively correlated with the L, the HYP was positively correlated with the PSD, the HMA was positively correlated with the ANX and PSD. In female patients,the F was positively correlated with the DEP,and it was negatively correlated with the HMA,the SOM was lnegatively correlated with the HMA,the DEP was negatively correlated with the UNR,the ANX was positively correlated with the HMA,the PSD was positively correlated with the F and HMA,tbe UNR was negatively correlated with the DEP, the HMA was positively correlated with the ANX and PSD,and it was negatively correlated with the SOM （every P 〈0.05, 0.01 ,or 0.001 ）. Conclusion There were some correlation between scale of the PHI in use of post stroke depression.
