三联疗法对不同证型慢性浅表性胃炎幽门螺杆菌根除率的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中医证型对三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的脾胃湿热型、肝胃不和型、脾胃虚弱型各30例Hp相关性慢性浅表性胃炎患者按三联疗法抗Hp治疗,14 d为1个疗程。疗程结束后观察3个证型对三联疗法根除Hp效果的影响。结果脾胃湿热型Hp根除率为93.3%,肝胃不和型Hp根除率为86.7%,脾胃虚弱型Hp根除率为66.7%;脾胃湿热型和肝胃不和型两型根除率与脾胃虚弱型相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而前两型相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同中医证型慢性浅表性胃炎影响Hp的根除,三联疗法对脾胃湿热型和肝胃不和型慢性浅表性胃炎根除Hp的效果较好。Objective To explore the influences of traditional Chinese medicine types of syndromes on triple therapy for helicobacter pylori eradication. Methods Depended on inclusion criteria of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, liver stomach disharmony and weakness of spleen and stomach, 30 cases Hp-associated chronic superficial gastritis for each traditional Chinese medicine types of syndromes were treated by triple therapy. After 14 days for a course of treatment, the effects of triple therapy for eradication of Hp about three types of syndromes were observed. Results The eradication rate of Hp was 93.3% in the dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome, 86.7% in the liver stomach disharmony syndrome, 66.7% in the weakness of spleen and stomach syndrome. The eradication rates to dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome and liver stomach disharmony syndrome were significantly higher than weakness of spleen and stomach syndrome （P 〈 0.05）, but there was no significant difference between dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome and liver stom- ach disharmony syndrome （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Eradication of Hp was affected by different TCM syndromes types of chronic superficial gastritis. Effect of helicobacter pylori eradication with triple therapy was better for dampness-heat of spleen and stomach syndrome and liver stomach disharmony syndrome in the chronic superficial gastritis.
