摘　　要：目的为提高日常工作中组织蜡块封存质量,缩短组织蜡块封存所需的时间。方法对本科室当天切片后的100个组织蜡块利用石蜡包埋机的包埋盒预热槽和板台进行组织蜡块封存。结果封存后的100个组织蜡块封存面光滑平整,耗时180 s。结论利用石蜡包埋机的包埋盒预热槽和板台进行组织蜡块封存效果显著,值得推广。Objective To improve the daily work organization of wax seal quality, sholaen the organizalion of wax seal the time needed. Methods Selected 100 organizations using paraffin wax piece of embedding machine box preheating slots and board for organization of a wax seal. Results Seal the 100 organizations after wax seal surface of fiat, smooth and time con- suming 180 seconds. Conclusion Using paraffin embedding machine box preheating slots and board for organization of a wax seal tile effect significantly, is worthy to be popularized.
