示范性高职院校竞争力体系的构建与实证研究

摘　　要：文章通过对示范性高职竞争力的影响要素及其属性的分析,构建了基于多属性的竞争力体系结构及行为运行模型,并实证分析了竞争力体系的发展过程,提出了核心竞争力的组成结构,确立了"行为过程"及其创新机制在竞争力发展过程中的主导地位,为进一步研究示范性高职竞争力的体系结构及科学发展机制提供了参考。Through analyzing the factors and attributes of competitive power for model vocational colleges, it builds a system of competitive power based on multi - attributes and an action operation model and analyzes the development of a system of competitive power. It also proposes the framework of core - competitiveness, establishes the ＂action course ＂as well as the leading status in the development of competitive power and provides the reference for the further research on the system of competitive power and science development mechanism for model vocational colleges.
