摘 要:目的:通过观察先天畸形胎儿与正常胎儿的骨骼肌在光学显微镜下的结构差异,分析不同种类畸形的骨骼肌结构特点,探讨在胚胎发育过程中的致畸因素及其对骨骼肌发育的影响。方法:用苏木精-伊红(HE)染色,通过光学显微镜观察畸形胎儿及正常胎儿的骨骼肌。结果:十二指肠闭锁和兔唇畸形胎儿的骨骼肌光镜结构与正常胎儿的相比无明显差异;而并(缺)指胎儿的骨骼肌光镜结构与正常胎儿的相比稍有不同。结论:肉眼可见的并(缺)指、唇腭裂和十二指肠闭锁畸形胎儿的骨骼肌,未出现组织水平的异常,孕早期的感染可能是致畸因素之一。Purpose : Through observation of structure differences of skeletal muscle between congenital malformation fetus and normal fetus under the light microscope, looked for the differences of skeletal muscle among different kinds of congenital malformation fetus and hematoxylin bodies'normal fetus in the process of embryonic development, and discussed teratogenic factors in the embryonic development. Method: Stained by hematoxylin - eosine ( H. E), then observed skeletal muscle structures of congenital malformation fetus and normal fetus under the light microscope. Result: The skeletal muscles of duodenal atresia and harelipped fetus were not obviously different from normal fetus. But the skeletal muscle structures of syndactyly and adactylism fetus were slightly different from normal fetus. Conclusion: The skeletal muscles of syndactyly and adactylism, harelipped fetus and duodenum atresia fetus do not appear deformity in tissue level. The infection during early stages of pregnancy may be one of the teratogenic factors.
