4-氨基-2-(环丙胺基)-5-氰基-6-甲硫基嘧啶的氧化

摘　　要：用过氧化尿素,双氧水,过硫酸氢钾等氧化剂,对4-氨基-2-(环丙胺基)-5-氰基-6-甲硫基嘧啶进行氧化研究,得到4-氨基-2-(环丙胺基)-5-氰基-6-甲磺酰基嘧啶,并对其工艺路线做了优化。确定n(4-氨基-2-(环丙胺基)-5-氰基-6-甲硫基嘧啶):n(钨酸钠):n(乙酸):n(过氧化尿素):n(二氯甲烷)=1:0.002:1.48:3:20。Urea peroxide, hydrogen peroxide and potassium persulfate were used as oxidants to study the oxidation of 4 -- amino-- 2 -- （cyclopropylamino） -- 6 -- （methylthio） pyrimidine-- 5 -- carbonitrile. Successful oxidation of 4-- amino-- 2-- （cyclopropylamino） -- 5-- cyano-- 6-- methylsulfonylpyrimidine and the process route were optimized. The mole ratio n（4-- amino-- 2 -- （cyclopropylamino） -- 6 -- （methylthio） pyrimidine -- 5-- carbonitrile） was determined ： n （sodium tungstate）： n （acetic acid） ： n （urea peroxide） ： n （dichloromethane） = 1 ： 0. 002 ： 1.48 ： 3 ： 20.
