摘  要:目的探讨蓝—黄视野结合视觉电生理检查对原发性开角型青光眼早期诊断的临床应用价值,为临床青光眼早期诊断提供较为客观敏感的检测方法。方法选择53例53眼标准自动视野检查正常的可疑开角型青光眼患者及30例60眼正常人进行蓝—黄视野检查结合图形视网膜电图及多焦视网膜电图,并对其结果进行对比研究。结果在可疑青光眼患者中,B/Y视野检查31眼视野出现异常,与正常人比较差异有显著性。P-ERG检查眼的N95波潜伏期延长有明显差异,mf-ERG检查眼的N1P1N2波潜伏期有明显差异。结论对于原发性青光眼早期发生,在眼底及普通视野未出现明显异常的患者,B/Y视野检查联合P-ERG,mf-ERG检查无疑是一种敏感性较高的检查手段。[Objective] To discuss the clinic value of blue-on-yellow perimetry (B/YP) combined with visual elec- trophysiological test for the earlier diagnosis of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG). [Methods] 53 suspected open angle glaucoma (SOAG)(53 eyes) who had normal standard perimetry and 30 normal people (60 eyes) had B/YP combined with pattern-electroretinogram (P-ERG) and muhifocal electroretinogram(MF-ERG), and the results were under the comparative investigation. [Results] In the SOAG group, the B/YP were abnormal in 31 eyes and had the significant difference compared with the control group, there was also significant difference between two groups in the latency of N95 in P-ERG and N1P1N2 of MF-ERG. [ Conclusions ] B/YP combined with P-ERG and MF-ERG is a sensitive method to detect the earlier POAG patients without the standard perimetry defect.
