摘  要:运用后设伦理学对教育政策伦理进行分析发现,教育政策伦理在其含义理解、规范内容、与道德规范的关系、伦理价值以及伦理价值取向上在教育政策改革中都存在着一定的局限性。对上述教育政策伦理局限性几方面的分析,是按照先明确教育政策伦理是什么,再分析教育政策伦理的作用是什么,进而追问这种作用产生的原因这样的一种逻辑而展开的。研究教育政策伦理的局限性可以使人们在研究和运用教育政策伦理时,准确全面地把握教育政策伦理,全面发挥教育政策的作用,克服教育政策伦理所带来的局限性,从而更好地推动教育政策改革。According to the analysis on the ethics of educational policy by meta-ethics, the ethics of educational policy has certain limitations in the understanding of the meaning, the contents of norms, the relationship with moral norms, ethic value and the orientation of ethic value in the reform of educational policy. The analysis on the above-mentioned limitations of the ethics of educational policy has followed the logic to firstly clarify what the ethics of educational policy is, and then analyze what the function of the ethics of educational policy is, and finally trace the cause of this function. While researching and applying the ethics of educational policy, to research on the limitations of the ethics of educational policy may help people to exactly and comprehensively master the ethics of educational policy, give full play to the role of educational policy, overcome the limitations brought by the ethics of educational policy, so as to better promote the reform of educational policy.
