摘  要:维生素A作为一种人体必需营养素,其含量测定是保健食品及药物的重要质量指标。通过比较正相、反相高效液相色谱法、紫外三种维生素A的测定方法,探索三种测量方法的差异,试验结果表明:正相高效液相色谱方法作为2010版药典规定的维生素A含量测定标准方法,具有灵敏度高,分离度大等优点,能够很好的分离顺反式的维生素A,适合精密的维生素A含量测定。UV三点校正法操作简单易行,但不能够区分维生素A的顺反式。试验结果可为维生素A及相关保健食品及药物质量控制提供一定的依据。As an essential nutrient,the measuring of the content vitamin A is an important quality index for health food and drugs.Through the comparison between the normal phase,reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography,UV 3 kinds of method for the determination of vitamin A,explore 3 difference of measurement method,the experimental results show that: high performance liquid chromatography method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition rules of the content of vitamin A standard method has the advantages of high sensitivity,resolution and other advantages,has very good separation of CIS trans vitamin A,suitable for precision measurement of vitamin A content.UV three point correction method is simple and easy to operate,but is not able to distinguish the vitamin A CIS from trans.The experimental results can provide vitamin A and related health food and drug quality control certain basis.
