摘 要:近年来,手足口病(hand foot and mouth disease,HFMD)在我国呈持续流行态势,其中肠道病毒71型(enterovirus71,EV71)感染易导致严重和死亡病例,造成巨大的社会负担,HFMD已成为政府和社会高度关注的公共卫生问题。Enterovirus 71(EV71) epidemics occur frequently in China's Mainland during recent years.EV71 infections are usually self limiting,characterized as hand,foot,and mouth disease(HFMD),herpangina or aseptic meningitis;but severe neurological complications such as encephalitis and poliomyelitis-like paralysis with high mortality were also reported,constituting an important issue in public health.Vaccination is a very effective approach to control the infection and circulation of the disease.Among different types of EV71 vaccines which include inactivated whole virus,live-attenuated virus,recombinant viral protein,virus-like particle(VLP) and DNA vaccines.This review focuses on the development of genetically engineered non-infectious vaccines.
