摘 要:【目的】观察植物油作夹带剂对厚朴超临界提取效率的影响。【方法】在萃取压力25 mPa、萃取温度35℃、解析压力7.0 mPa、解析温度40℃、萃取时间3 h的工艺条件下进行超临界CO2提取,分别在10、20、30、45、60、90、120、150、180 min收集提取物,以萃取物得率及厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的提取率为指标,考察植物油作夹带剂对厚朴超临界萃取的影响。【结果】加入体积分数10%植物油作为夹带剂,厚朴萃取物得率在前2 h明显高于未加夹带剂工艺,厚朴酚、和厚朴酚的提取率也有提高。【结论】以植物油作夹带剂有利于提高厚朴超临界CO2提取的效率。Objective To investigate the influences of vegetable oil entrainer on supercritical CO2 extraction of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis. Methods Supercritical CO2 extraction was performed with extraction pressure being 25 mPa, extracting temperature at 35℃, analytical pressure being 7.0 mPa, analytical temperature at 40 ℃, and extraction time being 3 h . The extract was collected in 10, 20, 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 min respectively. The yield of extracts and the extraction rates of magnolol and honokiol were used as the indexes to evaluate the influence of vegetable oil serving as smuggling agents on the supercritical extraction of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis. Results The yield of extracts was higher in the first two hours when the entrainer of vegetable oil at volume fraction of 10% was added, and the extraction rates of magnolol and honokiol were also increased. Conclusion With vegetable oil as the entrainer, the efficiency of supercritical CO2 extraction of Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis can be improved.
