论民族地区和谐社会建设中的公民政治参与

摘　　要：当前,我国民族地区公民政治参与的主动性逐渐增强,参与方式趋于多样化,参与内容也日益广泛,这些都有力地推动着民族地区构建和谐社会的进程。总体而言,要实现民族地区公民有序的政治参与,必须处理好民族地区经济发展相对落后、政治文化素质较低、自然地理条件较差等问题。要改进这些问题,则必须从经济、政治、文化、社会组织等几个层面加以考虑。研究公民有序的政治参与问题,对于民族地区构建社会主义和谐社会具有十分重要的现实意义。So far as current citizen political participation in ethnic regions is concerned, the initiative is gradually strengthened, modes of such participation are heading to diversification, and contents of the participation are increasingly extensified. All these strongly promote the construction of harmonious society in ethnic regions. Generally speaking, in order to realize orderly citizen political participation in ethnic regions, we must handle well these issues such as comparative underdevelopment of economy, lower quality of .political culture, unfavorable natural and geopolitical conditions in ethnic regions. To handle these issues, we must take economy, politics, culture and social organization into consideration. The study of orderly citizen political participation is of great practical significance for the construction of harmonious sc,cialism society in ethnic regions.
