摘　　要：近年来,中国相继发生了毒韭菜、毒豇豆等重大农产品安全事件,进一步健全农产品质量安全防范体系刻不容缓。本文作者针对农产品质量安全存在的主要问题,就保障农产品质量安全的监管防范体系进行初探。目的是敦促社会相关部门及早动手,重视源头标准化、规模化生产,推广快速检测技术,建立、健全监管体系,切实把老百姓的吃好、吃得健康落到实处。It is a great urgency to enhance the supervisory and preventive system of agricultural products. The paper reviews the supervisory and preventive system of ensuring the safety of agricultural products, and suggests to pay attention to the standard- ized and large--scale production of agricultural products from the sources. The rapid detection technology should be applied, the supervisory system should be built or improved.
