右前臂单发性血管球瘤1例

摘　　要：患者男,58岁。右前臂出现单个结节伴触痛5年。皮肤科情况:右前臂伸侧一个黄豆大淡蓝红色结节,结节表面光滑,可见毛细血管扩张。皮损组织病理:真皮中下部可见瘤细胞团块,瘤团由血管腔和血管球细胞组成。免疫组化:血管球细胞vimentin(+),SMA(+),S-100(-)。诊断:单发性血管球瘤。A 58-year-old male presented with a 5-year history of a solitary tender nodule on his right forearm. Skin ex- amination showed a soybean-sized bluish red nodule on the extensor aspect of his right forearm. Telangiecta- sia was visible on the nodule which had a smooth surface. Skin biopsy showed tumor masses in the middle and lower dermis, composed of aggregates of glomus cells surrounding blood vessels. Immunohistologically, glomus cells were positive for vimentin and SMA, but negative for S-100. A diagnosis of solitary glomus tumor was made.
