摘　　要：患者男,23岁。前额、躯干、四肢对称性点状白斑20年。皮损呈点状白斑,互不融合,以四肢远端伸侧为著。皮损组织病理示:表皮变薄,轻度角化过度,基底层色素及色素细胞减少。诊断:对称性进行性白斑。A 23-year-old male plvsented guttate leukoplakia symmetrically on the face ,trunk and distal limbs for 20 years. Skin examination revealed guttate leukoplakia on tile face and distal limbs, with no integrated. Le- sions were heavy on the extensor surfaces of distal limbs. Histopathologieal examination revealed epidermal thinning, mild hyperkeratosis , melanocytes and melanin decrease. Symmetrical progressive leucopathy was diagnosed based on clinical and histopathological features.
