摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中Krupple样转录因子6(KLF6)的表达及与雌激素受体(ER)的关系,以及KLF6在乳腺癌发生中的意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测80例乳腺癌组织和61例正常乳腺组织中KLF6的表达水平,分析其与ER表达及乳腺癌临床病理因素间的关系。结果:KLF6在正常乳腺组织中的阳性表达率明显高于乳腺癌组(P<0.01),与乳腺癌组织分级、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05、P<0.01),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05)。乳腺癌组织中KLF6的阳性表达与ER的阳性表达呈正相关(r=0.221,P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌组织中KLF6低表达,与ER呈正相关。KLF6可以在一定程度上反映乳腺癌的恶性程度。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the expression of Krupple like factor 6（KLF6） and ER in breast cancer.Explore the clinical significance of KLF6 for the occurrence of breast cancer.Methods：The expression level of KLF6 in 80 breast cancer cases were detected by means of immunohistochemistry and the relationship between KLF6 and ER and other clinicopathologic factors were analyzed.Results：The positive expression of KLF6 in normal breast was significantly higher than the breast cancer group（P〈0.01）.Low expression of KLF6 in breast cancer tissues was associated with ER（-）,high histological tumor grade,lymph node involvement（P〈0.05）,but not with age or tumor size（P〉0.05）.KLF6 expression was positive correlated with ER expression in breast cancer（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：KLF6 protein is reduced in breast cancer.KLF6 expression is positive correlated with ER expression in breast cancer.KLF6 can be reflected the degree of malignancy of breast cancer to some extent.
