摘　　要：胃癌分类分期的确定对临床治疗有着极其重要的指导作用,对治疗原则、治疗指征和治疗方案的判定和选择有很明确的指导意义。规范准确的分类分期可以显著地提高治疗的效果,对改善预后有积极的意义。近年来日本胃癌分期版本因地制宜、与时俱进,并且在治疗上取得了明显的成果。本文就日本胃癌分类分期及治疗指南的修改予以简要解读。Gastric cancer classification stage has an extremely important role in the clinical treatment of the principles of treatment, the treatment indications and treatment options, determine the choice very clear guiding significance. Standardized and accurate classification stage can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of positive significance to improve the prognosis. In recent years, Japanese gastric cancer staging version of the local conditions, times, and achieved remarkable results in the treatment of in this paper, the Japanese gastric cancer classification, staging and treatment of revision of the guidelines be briefly reviewed.
