摘  要:目的:研究细胞黏附分子CD44v3在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与临床病理因素的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法(SP法)检测42例原发口腔鳞状细胞癌及其中13例转移淋巴结内CD44v3的表达,并分析其与口腔鳞癌患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移等临床病理因素的关系。结果:13例发生淋巴结转移的病例中,在原发灶内CD44v3表达强度高于对应的转移灶,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);42例原发灶中CD44v3表达强度,在有淋巴结转移组与无淋巴结转移组之间表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CD44v3表达与患者的年龄、性别、病理分级等因素均无相关性。结论:CD44v3的表达可能与口腔鳞癌转移有关。Objective:To investigate the expression of CIM4v3 in human oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and the relationship between their expressions and the clinical pathological factors. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CIM4v3 of 42 OSCC cases and 13 metastatic lymph nodes. Results: In 13 cases with lymph nodes metastasis, the expression level of CDddv3 was much higher in the primary tumor than that in the metastatic site, (P 〈 0.05). In 42 cases of primary tumor, the expression of CIM4v3, between OSCC with me- tastastic lymph node and those without was same. The CIM4v3 expression in 42 cases of OSCC was not related with age, gender and degree of tumor differentiation (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of CD44v3 may be related to metastasis of OSCC.
