纳米碳示踪技术在胃癌根治术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究纳米碳胃淋巴结示踪技术的效果。方法:回顾性分析实施纳米碳示踪指导胃癌根治术的51例胃癌患者的临床资料。结果:51例患者中2例示踪失败,余49例检出淋巴结22-37枚,平均每例切除淋巴结27.2±5.1枚,半年内2例复发(3.9%),在清扫区域淋巴结过程中,淋巴结及淋巴管黑染明显,而淋巴结周围组织未受染色影响。结论:纳米碳示踪技术对胃癌根治术淋巴结清扫具有很好的指导意义,可更准确的进行病理分期,指导术后辅助治疗的进行,具有无放射污染、成本经济、损伤小等优势。Objective：To study the effect of Carbon nanoparticles tracer in gastrectomy for gastric cancer by car- bon nanopartical tracer. Methods ：The clinical data of 51 cases with gastric cancer receiving gastrectomy were ana- lyzed retrospectively. Results ：2 cases were fail to trace ,22 -37 lymph nodes percase were dissected （an average of 27.2 ±5.1/case） in other 49 cases. The recurrence rate of half year was 3.9%. The regional lymph nodes were stained significantly. Conclusion：Carbon nanoparticles tracer is useful during lymph node dissection in gastrectomy for gastric cancer. It is helpful to identify lymph node during operation. It can increase the number of dissected lymph nodes, reduce surgical trauma and cause little radioactive pollution.
