摘  要:目的研究鼻腔滴注的纳米二氧化铈(CeO2)颗粒可否通过嗅神经到达嗅球。方法对小鼠左鼻孔滴注40μg放射性纳米CeO2材料,首次滴注后的第1、3和7天后麻醉处死小鼠,分离双侧的嗅球和嗅上皮组织,采用放射性示踪方法对双侧嗅球和嗅上皮组织中的纳米CeO2含量进行定量比较。结果左侧嗅球和嗅上皮组织中的纳米CeO2含量呈现显著的时间累积效应,右侧嗅球和嗅上皮组织中的纳米CeO2含量增加无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论沉积在鼻腔粘膜上的纳米CeO2颗粒可以通过嗅神经到达嗅球。Objective To research whether the inhaled nano-ceria could be translocated to olfactory bulb along the olfactory nerve.Methods The radiotracer technique was employed to study the translocation of nano-ceria to olfactory bulb after the ceria nanoparticles were instilled to the left nostril of mice.The animals were sacrificed under anesthesia on days 1,3,and 7 after first line treatment(i.e.treated for 1,3 and 7 times,respectively).The contents of nano-ceria in olfactory bulbs and epithelia of both sides were determined.Results The results revealed a time-dependent increase of nano-ceria in the left olfactory bulb of mice and the increase was predominantly caused by the translocation of nano-ceria from the olfactory mucosa along the olfactory nerve.Conclusion The inhaled nano-ceria could be transported into olfactory bulb from the olfactory mucosa along the olfactory nerve.
