摘  要:目的通过构建免疫复合物肾小球肾炎动物模型,探讨C3aR和STAT3因子作为免疫复合物肾脏损伤的生物标记物辅助诊断的意义。方法 BALB/c小鼠腹腔注射HSA和生理盐水,采用组织病理学、电子显微镜以及免疫组织化学等方法进行研究。结果 HSA组动物表现出免疫复合物肾小球肾炎的变化,并且C3aR、STAT3和p-STAT3因子的表达明显高于阴性对照组。结论 C3aR、STAT3和p-STAT因子可能参与了免疫复合物性肾小球肾炎的发生,有望成为免疫复合物肾脏损伤辅助诊断的生物标记物。Objective To investigate the mechanism of immune complex glomerulonephritis and discuss the significance of C3aR,STAT3 and p-STAT3 as biomarkers for immune complex glomerulonephritis.Methods HSA(Horse spleen apoferritin) and sodium chloride were intraperitoneally(ip) administrated to BALB/c mice.Pathology examination,electron microscope examination,and immunohistochemistry of C3aR,STAT3 and p-STAT3 were used for pathology evaluation of kidney injury.Results Many changes of immune complex glomerulonephritis were found in HSA group animals.Compared with the control group,the expressions of C3aR,STAT3 and p-STAT3 were increased in kidney of HSA group animals by immunohistochemistry examination.Conclusion C3aR,STAT3 and p-STAT3 should be involved in immune complex glomerulonephritis induced by HAS,and they may become the important biomarkers for the diagnosis of immune complex glomerulonephritis.
