高效氯氰菊酯β-CP促MCF-7增殖及雌性幼鼠子宫增重的剂效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨高效氯氰菊酯β-CP对MCF-7增殖及雌性幼鼠子宫增重作用的剂效关系。方法采用MTT法检测10-12～10-4mol/L剂量范围内的β-CP对MCF-7细胞的增殖影响的量效关系;采用3 d经皮注射染毒,研究0.1～10 mg/kg剂量范围的β-CP对雌性幼鼠子宫发育影响的剂效关系。结果以β-CP处理24和72 h后,10-10～10-9mol/L范围内,随剂量的增加,MCF-7细胞增殖率(prolieration rate,PR)增高,10-9剂量PR最高,10-9～10-4mol/L范围内,PR随剂量增加而降低,0.1 mg/kgβ-CP剂量组的子宫剥离重系数高于对照组,而1.0和10 mg/kgβ-CP剂量组的子宫剥离重系数要低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论β-CP对MCF-7细胞促增殖作用及促雌性幼鼠子宫增长作用呈现类似倒U型的剂效关系。Objective To investigate the dose-effect relationship on β-cypermethrin（β-CP） promoting MCF-7 proliferation and uterine weight of immature female mice.Methods The MCF-7 cell proliferation effects of β-cypermethrin in the dose range of 10-12~10-4mol/L were detected by MTT assay.The uterus growth-promoting effect of β-cypermethrin in dose range of 0.1~10mg/kg were studied by three days uterotrophic assay.Results Compared with control group,β-CP could significantly promote the proliferation of MCF-7 cells within the dose range of 10-10~10-8mol/L at 24 and 72 h（P0.05）.Uterus coefficient in 0.1 mg/kg dose group was higher than the control group（P〈0.05）,while there were no significant difference between 1.0 mg/kg,10 mg/kg dose groups and control group.Conclusion The study implies a U-shaped dose-effect on promoting MCF-7 cell proliferation and uterine weight induced by β-CP.
