摘　　要：乡镇企业是我国改革开放事业中重要的开拓者,经过30多年的发展,它已经成为农村经济的支柱力量和国民经济的重要组成部分,但是进入21世纪后,乡镇企业的发展出现了前所未有的问题.如何推动乡镇企业健康、可持续发展,已经成为促进农民就业增收和城乡统筹发展的重要课题.为此,笔者结合在乡镇企业工作多年的经验,对宁夏乡镇企业的历史、现状和问题进行了深入分析,提出了今后宁夏乡镇企业发展的对策与建议.Township enterprises is a pioneer in China’s reform and opening-up.After 30 years of development,it has become a support in the rural economy and an important part of the national economy.However,after entering the 21st century,the development of township enterprises appears in unprecedented problems.To promote the development of the township and village enterprises in health and sustainable has become an important issue of promotion the employment,income of farmers and the development planning in all of urban and rural.To this end,combined years’ working experience in township enterprises,the history,current situation and problems of township enterprises of Ningxia are analyzed in depth,and the future development of township enterprises is suggested.
