摘　　要：高校图书馆是文献信息中心是高校的重要组成部分。高校图书馆保存和传播着人类的文化成果,促进科学发展中起着重要的作用。从图书馆最基本的功能出发,结合研究性教学改革,分析当代高校图书馆该如何有效地提高本身功能,提出了一些新的思路,为提高高校图书馆功能提供新的理论依据。University library is the literature information center, as an important part of university, which also plays a key role on preserving and spreading the human cuhure, achievements, and promoting the development of science. In this paper, combining research-based teaching reform, how to effectively improve the function of modern university library was discussed, and new ideas on enhancing the function of university library were given.
