石杉碱甲胶囊与片剂治疗良性衰老性遗忘症的双盲对照研究

摘　　要：目的：比较石杉碱甲胶囊与片剂治疗良性衰老性遗忘症（ＢＳＦ）的疗效。方法：ＢＳＦ ６６例，采用双模拟双盲分段分层对照法，随机分成石杉碱甲胶囊组４４例，其中男性 ４０例，女性 ４例，年龄６４ ａ±ｓｌｌａ。石杉碱甲片剂组２２例，其中男性２０例，女性 ２例，年龄 ６３ ａ± ７ ａ。 ２组分别用石杉碱甲胶囊和片剂，各 １５０μｇ，ｂｉｄ，３０ ｄ为一个疗程。结果：治疗后胶囊组ＭＱ和ＭＭＳＥ分别增加２４分±８分和 １． ６分± ０． ９分；片剂组分别增加 ２３分± １０分和１．５分±１．1分。疗前疗末对比差异有非常显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），组间对比差异无显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。２组未见严重不良反应。结论：石杉碱甲胶囊治疗ＢＳＦ与片剂等效。AIM: To compare the efficacies of huperzine A(Hup-A) capsule and Hup-A tablet in patients with benign senescent forgetfulness. METHODS: Using double-mimetic, double - blind, Segmental, stratum and control method, according to a ratio of 2 to 1, 66 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, Forty-four Patients(M 40, F 4; age 64 a ± s 11 a) in group A (observation group) received Hup-A capsule 150 μg, po, bid for 30 d; 22 patients (M 20, F 2; age 63 a ± 7 a) in group B (control group) received Hup-A tablet. The dosage and its usage were consistent with group A. RESULTS: The memory quotient (MQ) and MMSE score were increased by 24 ±8 and 1. 6 ± 0. 9 in group A and 23 ± 10 and 1. 5 ± 1.１ in group B(P<0.01), but no significant differences between the two groups (P > 0. 05 ). No severe adverse reactions was found in both groups. CONCLUSION: There is equal efficacy and safety between Hup-A capsule and tablet in treating benign senescent forgetfulness.
