摘 要:目的 观察电刺激治疗对大鼠脑梗死后运动功能和脑星形胶质细胞活性的影响 ,方法 易卒中型肾血管性高血压大鼠 (RHRSP)右侧大脑中动脉闭塞后 ,电刺激其瘫痪肢体的 4个穴位 ,以走横木试验 (BWT)评价大鼠的精细运动功能恢复情况 ,免疫组化法观察脑星形胶质细胞活性。结果 经电刺激治疗的大鼠 ,运动功能的恢复较对照组明显改善 (P<0 0 1) ;电刺激治疗组在坏死边缘区 (A区 )和远隔区 (B)星形胶质纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)表达均较对照组高 ;GFAP阳性细胞浆平均光密度值变化情况与GFAP表达变化基本相同。结论 电刺激可通过增强星形胶质细胞活性而促进瘫痪肢体功能恢复。脑梗死后星形胶质细胞在其修复中起了重要的作用。Objective To evaluate the effects of electro stimulation on motor skills after cerebral infarction and astrocyte vivid. Methods Using the stroke prone renovascular hypertensive rats (RHRSP) as animal model, the movement recovery of RHRSP after cerebral infarction was studied by beam alking test (BWT). The astrocyte vivid was determined by immunohistochemistry. Results The data showed that the movement improvement in the treatment group was quicker than in the control group. Comparing with control group, the expression of glial fibrillary acid protein (GFAP) was significantly increased in the border of infarct focus (area A) and the isolated (area B). The optical density of GFAP immunohistochemistry in astrocytes was same so. Conclusions It was suggested that electric stimulation could improve the movement ability in RHRSP after cerebral infarction, it may be related to the increasing of astrocyte vivid. The astrocyte played an important role in the movement recorery after cerebral infarction.
