摘　　要：目的　评定Alzheimer病 (AD)患者的行为和精神症状。方法　应用加里福尼亚痴呆行为问卷 (CDBQ)对 60例患者进行评定。结果　①抑郁症状发生率 1 0 0 % ,以思维缓慢 (66 7% )、兴趣减退 (56 7% )、易疲劳 (56 7% )和心情不快(4 5% )多见。②激越症状发生率 93 3 % ,以易发脾气 (65% )、重复言语 (60 % )、徘徊 (4 6 3 % )和重复动作 (4 5% )多见。③精神病性症状发生率 78 3 % ,以猜疑 (50 % )、被窃妄想 (3 3 3 % )和疑病 (2 6 7% )多见。④其它多见的行为和精神症状有记忆力差 (1 0 0 % )、易遗失物品 (80 % )和易分心 (68 3 % )。行为异常总发生率和抑郁症状发生率与病情严重度成正比。结论　AD患者行为和精神症状发生率高 ,应予高度重视。Objective To investigate behavioral disturbances in Alzheimer's disease (AD).Methods We used the California dementia behavioral questionnaire to assess 60 patients with AD.Results ①The rate of depressive symptons was 100%. The common depressive symptoms included slow thinking (66.7%), decreasing interest (56.7%), tiredness(56.7%) and sadness (45%). ②The rate of agitation was 93.3%. The common symptoms of agitation included irritability (65%), repeated talk (60%), wanderings (46.3%) and repetitive movement (45%).③The rate of psychotic symptoms was 78.3%. The common symptoms included suspicion (50%), “being stolen” delusion (33.3%) and hypochondriacal delusion (26.7%).④Other common symptoms included poor memory (100%), losing something (80%) and distraction (68.3%). The rate of the total behavioral disturbances and depressive symptoms were increased over the course of AD.Conclusions The rate of the behavioral disturbances in AD was so high that we should pay attention to them.
