摘　　要：目的研究康复卒中单元对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复的疗效。方法将86例脑卒中后并发肩手综合征的患者随机分为康复单元治疗组和对照组,康复单元治疗组纳入康复单元按照康复方案进行治疗,对照组进行运动训练,治疗4周后采用Brunstrom分期上肢及手功能评定、简化Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)及改良Barthel指数(MBI)评定疗效。结果治疗前两组在Brunstrom分期上肢及手功能评定、FMA及MBI评定比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗后两组在Brunstrom分期上肢及手功能评定、FMA及MBI评定均较治疗前有改善(P<0.05),两组相比治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复卒中单元对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复有更好的疗效。Objective To study the curative effects of rehabilitation stroke unit on the upper limb functional recovery of patients with hemiparalysis after stroke.Methods 86 cases with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group were admitted to rehabilitation stroke unit and were treated according to rehabilitation scheme, while the control group were given exercise training.After four weeks of treatment,the Brunstrom staging of upper limb and hand function evalua- tion, the simplified Fugl-Meyer scale and the Modified Barthel Index were adopted to evaluate the curative effects.Results The differ- ences in Brunstrom staging of upper limb and hand function evaluation, FMA and MBI between the two groups before the treatment were not of statistic significance（P〉0.05）,so they were comparable.After treatment,the differences in Brunstrom staging of upper limb and hand function evaluation, FMA and MBI between the two groups were of statistic significance（P〈 0.05）, and the treatment group was su- perior to the control group（P〈0.05）.Gonclusion Rehabilitation stroke unit can have better effects on the upper limb functional recovery of patients with hemiparalysis after stroke.
