乳酸诺氟沙星对南方大口鲶肝脏CAT、GST及GOT活性的影响

摘　　要：采用一次性背部肌肉注射法,测定和分析了乳酸诺氟沙星对南方大口鲶(Silurus SaldaIooi meridi-onaleis Chen)肝脏过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)和谷草转氨酶(GOT)活性的影响。结果显示:随着注射剂量加大,鱼体肝脏CAT、GST及GOT活性值呈现先升后降的趋势,剂量为140mg/kg时CAT、GST活性值最大(P<0.05),剂量为60mg/kg时GOT活性值最大(P<0.05),三种酶的活性均在220mg/kg时最小(P<0.05);随着试验时间延长,CAT、GST、GOT活性也出现先升高后降低过程。结果表明:注射60～100mg/kg既能使药效发挥良好又不会对肝脏产生明显损伤,为其最适使用剂量。The effects of Norfloxacin Lactate on the activities of CAT,GST and GOT in southern catfish（Silurus SaldaIooi meridionaleis Chen） liver were measured and analyzed under one-time back-muscle injection.The results showed that the values of CAT,GST and GOT increased first and decreased afterwards with the increase of injection-dosage.The maximal values of CAT and GST were observed when the injection-dosage was 140 mg/kg（P〈0.05）.The maximal value of GOT was observed on injection-dosage of 60 mg/kg（P〈0.05）.The minimum values of CAT,GST and GOT were observed on injection-dosage of 220 mg/kg（P〈0.05）.At the same time,the values of CAT,GST and GOT also increased first and decreased afterwards with the delay of time after injecting.It was indicated that it might bring into play the best drug effect and couldn＇t result in apparent injury to fish liver to inject the drug dosage of 50～100 mg/kg.The optimal injection-dosage was 50～100 mg/kg.
