新型C12糖的合成及其在β-氨基醇手性拆分中的应用

摘　　要：以蔗糖为起始原料,经缩水、水解和缩合反应制得一种新型C12糖———2-[1R-(1,4∶3,6-二缩水果糖)]-异甘露醇(6),其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR和HR-MS表征。以6为手性拆分剂,(R,S)-β-氨基醇[(R,S)-7]在甲醇中被拆分为(R)-7(收率40.5%,>99%ee)和(S)-7(收率40.1%,>99%ee)。A novel C12 sugar,1R-（1,4 ∶ 3,6-dianhydrofructose）-isomannite（6）,was synthesized from sucrose by dehydration reaction,hydrolysis reaction and condensation reaction.The structure was characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR and HR-MS.Chiral resolution of β-amino alcohol[（R,S）-7] was carried out using 6 as the resolution agent in methanol to give（R）-7 （40.5%,〉99%ee） and（S）-7（40.1%,〉99%ee）.
