摘　　要：思想政治教育共同体构建是思想政治教育研究与实践合力的现实诉求。思想政治教育共同体对于人才创新、学术繁荣、实践推进,最终形成有效的思想政治教育合力、巩固党的意识形态指导地位具有重要的战略价值。Ideological and political education community building is the reality demand of ideological and politi- cal education research and practice. Ideological and political education community has important strategic value in personnel innovation, academic prosperity and practice promotion. It ultimately becomes an effective ideolog- ical and political education forces to consolidate the guiding position of the party＇s ideology.
