健脾益肺方治疗吞咽障碍肌萎缩侧索硬化疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脾益肺方治疗吞咽障碍肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)的临床疗效。方法对肺脾两虚的20例吞咽障碍肌萎缩侧索硬化患者予服自拟健脾益肺方,疗程20周,应用洼田饮水试验、ALSSS量表吞咽部分及ALSFRS-R量表进行治疗前后疗效评价,并观察不良反应。结果治疗后,患者洼田饮水试验、ALSSS量表吞咽部分及ALSFRS-R量表积分均较治疗前明显改善,ALSFRS-R量表每月下降值总体呈减小趋势。结论初步研究表明健脾益肺方治疗肌萎缩侧索硬化安全,可在一定程度上对ALS患者言语、流涎、吞咽等延髓症状及部分运动功能进展速度。Objective： To observe the effect of Jianpiyifei Decoction on muscular atrophy and lateral sclerosis in dysphagia.Methods： 20 deficiency of spleen and lung cases with muscular atrophy and lateral sclerosis in dysphagia were used the Jianpiyifei Decoction.After 20 weeks,the clinical effects were evaluated by the water-swallowing test,the swallowing part of ALSSS test and the ALSFRS-R test.Meanwhile,the adverse reactions also were observed.Results： After treatment,the scores were improved obviously in above tests.There was the decreasing tendency in the reduction value about the ALSFRS-R test.Conclusion： Jianpiyifei Decoction,by which the language,the salivation,the swallow and the motion are improved,is safe and effective in the muscular atrophy and lateral sclerosis in dysphagia,
