海德堡激光眼科诊断仪与光学相干断层扫描成像术在眼底病临床检查中的应用对比

摘　　要：目的应用海德堡激光眼科诊断仪(Sepctralis HRA+OCT)与光学相干断层扫描成像术(Stratus OCT)检测眼底病黄斑部病变获取满意图像的结果,验证HRA+OCT技术分辨率进一步提高,量化诊断指标更为突出。方法用HRA+OCT与Stratus OCT对100例不同病种的眼病患者进行黄斑部水平径线、垂直径线和不同角度的线性扫描,并对患者做初次检查相同参数随访(对比)检查,扫描过程中做好患者配合工作的指导。结果图像清晰,对临床诊治提供指导性意义,HRA+OCT将为临床提供更有价值的图像数据资料。结论 HRA+OCT比Stratus OCT获取扫描结果更精确,扫描速度、分辨率、扫描深度进一步提高,对临床诊治有更大的指导帮助。Objective To detect the maculopathy with ophthalmic laser diagnosis device （HRA＋OCT） and optical coherence tomography （Stratus OCT） in the patients with ocular fundus diseases, and verify whether the HRA＋OCT would be more accurate for OCT technique or not. Methods The linear scan form diameter scan lines, vertical diameter scan lines and different angles were implemented in 100 patients with different eye diseases with HRA＋OCT and Stratu~ OCT. Initial examination and follow-up testing for comparing the same parameter were also implemented, and the patients were guided to cooperate in the process of scanning. Results The images were clear and had instructional meaning for clinical treatment. HRA＋OCT could provide more valuable image data for clinical reference. Conclusion The results gained from HRA＋OCT are more accurate than those from Stratus OCT. The scanner speed, resolution and depthseanning of HRA＋OCT are improved, which have instructional meaning, for clinical treatment.
