胃癌及胃粘膜不典型增生中Fas蛋白表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨Ｆａｓ 蛋白在胃癌形成与发展过程的作用及其意义。方法　采用免疫组化染色，对２０ 例正常胃粘膜，３８ 例胃粘膜不典型增生，５２ 例胃癌进行Ｆａｓ 蛋白检测。结果　胃粘膜不典型增生与胃癌的Ｆａｓ 蛋白表达均显著高于正常胃粘膜（ Ｐ 均＜ ０ ．０５） 。Ｆａｓ 蛋白表达与胃癌分期，淋巴结转移无相关性。结论　Ｆａｓ 蛋白与胃癌形成有关，与胃癌进展无关。Objective In order to study the influence of Fas protein on gastric tumorigenesis and development.Methods Expression of Fas protein was observed in 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa,38 cases of gastric epithelial dysplasia(GED) and 52 cases of gastric carcinoma(GC) by immunohistochemical method.Results The expression rates of Fas protein in both GC and GED were significantly higher than that in normal gastric mumosa( P <0.05).No correlation between Fas expression and PT stage,lymph node status was observed.Conclusion Fas was involved in gastric tumorigenesis,but may not be related with gastvic carcinoma progression.
