摘　　要：目的　探讨ＰＣＮＡ 和Ａｇ ＮＯＲ 在胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤组织中的表达及其与肿瘤良恶性的关系。方法　采用免疫组化ＳＰ 法和Ｈｏｗ ｅｌｌ 银染一步法检测６０ 例病理形态典型的胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤的ＰＣＮＡ 和Ａｇ ＮＯＲ 。结果　平滑肌肉瘤ＰＣＮＡ 指数明显高于平滑肌瘤，两者间有非常显著性差异（ Ｐ ＜ ０ ．０１） 。平滑肌肉瘤Ａｇ ＮＯＲ 平均含量（ 每个细胞内的平均颗粒数） 和颗粒直径（μｍ ） 分别为（８ ．２５ ±０ ．９２） μｍ 和（２ ．９０ ±０ ．２３） μｍ ，平滑肌瘤则分别为（２ ．８６ ±０ ．２９） μｍ 和（２ ．１２ ±０ ．１４） μｍ ，两者有非常显著性差异（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．０１） 。结论　ＰＣＮＡ 指数和Ａｇ ＮＯＲ 颗粒数及颗粒直径可作为鉴别胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤良恶性的客观指标之一。Objective To study the expression of PCNA and AgNOR in gastroenteric leiomyoma and leiomyosarcoma.Methods PCNA and AgNOR in 60 cases of gastroenteric leiomyotumor with typical pathological morphology features were determined by S P immunostaining and silverstaining method.Results The expressions of PCNA in leiomyosarcoma were higher than those in leiomyoma.The statistical differences were significant( P <0.01).The granulae counts and diameters of AgNOR in leiomyosarcoma were significantly higher than those in leiomyoma( P <0.01 in granulae counts, P <0.01 in granulae diameters).Conclusion Index of PCNA and granulae counts and diameters of AgNOR should be useful in differential diagnosis of gastroentric leiomyoma and leiomyosarcoma.
