宫颈恶性腺瘤的p53、c-erbB-2和PCNA表达及其诊断价值

摘　　要：目的　研究ｐ５３ 、ｃｅｒｂ Ｂ２ 、ＰＣＮＡ 在宫颈恶性腺瘤中的表达及其诊断价值。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法，检测ｐ５３ 、ｃｅｒｂＢ２ 和ＰＣＮＡ 在宫颈恶性腺瘤中的表达。结果　ｐ５３ 、ｃｅｒｂＢ２ 和ＰＣＮＡ 在２１ 例子宫颈恶性腺瘤中的表达分别为４７ ．６ ％ 、４ ．７ ％ 和１００ ．０ ％ ，而３５ 例宫颈良性病变均呈阴性反应。宫颈恶性腺瘤和子宫颈腺癌的ｐ５３ 、ＰＣＮＡ 阳性率无明显差异。结论　检测ｐ５３ 、ＰＣＮＡ 有助于子宫颈恶性腺瘤的鉴别诊断。Objective To investigate the expression of p53,c erbB 2 and PCNA in cervical malignant adenoma(MA)and its value in diagnosis.Methods By S P immunohistochemical methods,the expression of p53,c erbB 2 and PCNA in 21 cases of MA were studied.Results The positive expression of p53,c erbB 2 and PCNA in MA was 47.6%,4.7% and 100.0% respectively,while they were all negative in 35 cases of cervical benign lesions.The positive rates of p53 and PCNA in both MA and cervical adenocarcinoma had not significantly different.Conclusion Detection of p53 and PCNA is helpful for the differential diagnosis of MA.
