摘 要:介绍了离合传动系统的基本结构及离合踏板振动的一些主观评价方法,然后以某轿车为例,对其进行离合踏板的振动测试,并对离合踏板振动产生的机理和结果进行频谱分析,确定了踏板发生振动的原因,并采用三种优化方案来改进踏板振动问题。根据对比分析发现,通过在液压回路中采用膜片式减振阀和螺旋管的方式,可以对踏板振动实现最大优化,以此来提高离合系统的舒适性。最终通过实车测试证明,该方案的改善效果比其它两种方案更理想。The structure of clutch and transmission system and subjective evaluation of clutch pedal vibration are introduced in this article. Making a vibration test with clutch pedal based on a car, and finding out the vibration reasons of clutch pedal by frequency spectrum analysis, then adopting three optimization methods to solve the problem of vibration with clutch pedal. In the end, the vibration of clutch pedal was optimized by adopting the membrane damping valve and helix pipe in the hydraulic circuit to enhance comfortableness of the clutch system. Finally, tests were conducted on the car to verify the feasibility of this optimization.
