试论中草药汤剂的制法与服法

摘　　要：随着中医在全世界得到临床医生及广大病人的认可,已广泛使用于临床治病救人。有报道[1],目前全世界接受中医中药治疗的人口已达40亿人之多。而中草药汤剂是中医治疗病人最常用的传统有效的制型之一,具有药力大、吸收快、疗效佳、配方活、成本低又安全的优点,是其他剂型无法比拟的。故各级医院至今仍在临床广泛采用。为了使汤剂的治疗作用发挥得更加有效,除了必须注意科学的煎煮外,尚应合理有效服用。TCM has been recognized around the world, it has been widely used clinically. It is reported that the world population reached 40 million people receiving treatment by Chinese medicine. Chinese herbal decoction is one of the most commonly used in traditional and effective system, it has the advantages of the potency, absorption, clinical outcome, live formula, low cost and safety, other dosage forms can not be compared. Therefore, all levels of the hospital is still widely used in clinical, to make the decoction of the therapeutic effect of more effective play, the addition must pay attention to the science of boiling, there should be rationally and effectively take.
