摘　　要：工作是自己的选择甚至是抉择,这个选择或抉择一定要与自己的职业生涯规划相匹配。不明晰自己的职业生涯就没法判断公司的好坏。The work is their own choice,the choices must match with their career planning.A lot of people on career planning is not clear,it is not possible to determine the company’s good or bad.Only the two combined do have gauge of the judge,not simple terms.
