摘　　要：坚持厚基础、宽专业、重实践、求创新的理念,贯彻"学以致用,提高学生职业适应能力和就业竞争力"的原则,深入开展过程装备与控制工程专业应用型人才培养与实践,通过建立三个层次的实验教学体系,采取教师科研与学生科技活动相结合,采用三位一体的毕业模式等措施,充分发挥教师与学生的积极性,培养出社会需要的高质量人才。Sticking to the idea of emphasizing basic knowledge, widening the specialties, focusing on practice, pur- suing creative thoughts, carrying out the principle of using what one had learned to improve students ability to adapt and compete, further cultivation and practice were carried out for the students majored in process equipment and engineering control. By establishing a three - tier experiment teaching system, the combination of faculty researches and students＇ ac- tivities concerning technology, with measures of three dimensional graduate model, to fully play the initials of the teachers and students, high quality useful talents can be cultivated to the s^cletv
