摘 要:学院制最早在中世纪的欧洲大学产生,近代有了较大的发展,在学院制改革方面积累了丰富经验。国外学院制具有实体性、发展性、特色性和包容性等的共同点,为我国高校学院制改革提供了重要的借鉴意义。在国外学院制成功经验的启发下,当前,在我国高校学院制改革中,学院管理体制构建要确保学院的实体性地位,学院管理模式应采用校院二级管理体制,学院组建应坚持发展学科原则,学院设置应坚持情境原则和特色发展原则,学院治理模式应坚持教授委员会集体决策基础上的院长负责制,方可进一步推进高校内部管理体制改革深入进行,进一步完善现代大学制度,有效推动我国高等教育健康发展。College system was initially originated from universities in the middle Ages. It developed so greatly that rich ex- periences were assembled. College system in foreign countries shares such general characteristics as entity, development, specialty, and inclusiveness, which is of important significance to the reform of college system in our country. Presently, in the reform of college system at universities in China, the establishment of college management system must assure the posi- tion of entity; the management mode of college should adopt a two-level management system of university and college ; the establishment of college should stick to the principle that disciplines are developed; the arrangement of college should per- sist in the principle of situational context and specialty development; the governing mode of college are supposed to insist on the system of president in charge based on the collective decision of professor committee. In doing so, the reform of internal management system of universities can be promoted profoundly and modern university system will be perfected further. In addition, the healthy development will be effectively promoted.
