高校国家奖助学金评定中存在的问题及对策思考

摘　　要：对高校在新国家奖助学金政策的实施中存在着宣传和思想政治教育工作不足、家庭经济困难学生难以界定、评定办法不够规范等问题进行了分析探讨,认为应该充分发挥其思想政治教育功能,准确确定家庭经济困难学生、规范评定程序和方法,以更好地落实国家奖助学金政策。There exist some problems in the implementation of the new national scholarship and fi- nancial aid policy in colleges, such as lack of propaganda, insufficiency in ideological and political education, difficulty in definition of students from economically disadvantaged families, and unstandardized evaluation method. It is suggested that Colleges should give full play to its ideological and politicat education function, identify properly the students with financial difficulties, standardize the procedure and method of evaluation so as to better implement the new national scholarship and financial aid policy.
