摘　　要：从当前理工科女大学生的就业形势入手,分析了思想政治教育在理工科女大学生就业竞争力培养中的作用。在此基础上,提出了提升理工科女大学生就业竞争力的思想政治教育策略:创新思想政治教育模式,提高理工科女大学生政治素质;加强人文精神培养,提高理工科女大学生人文素质;渗透心理疏导,提高理工科女大学生心理素质;强化职业道德教育,培育理工科女大学生职业精神。Based on the analysis of current employment situation of female college students of science and engineering, and the role of ideological and political education in employability training, some policies are proposed to increase the employability and competitiveness of the female college students through enhancing the ideological and political education, including the improvement of the political quality of female college students of science and engineering by innovating the ideological and political education; the improvement of their humanities quality by enhancing the humanistic spirit training; the improvement of their psychological quality by strengthening psychological counseling; and the cultivation of their professional spirits by strengthening professional ethics education.
