生涯教育理念下的高校学生党建工作改革探索

摘　　要：如何对高校学生党员的团队精神和积极的人生态度进行正向引导,从而提升高校学生党建工作水平,是新时期高校基层党建工作中一个重要而紧迫的课题。文章从实际工作出发,初步分析了高校学生党建工作存在的问题,并将生涯教育理念融入其中,具体分析了生涯教育在高校学生党建工作中的运用情况,为创新高校学生党建工作,增强学生党支部的战斗力、凝聚力和创造力,提升学生党员的团队精神等奠定了理论基础。How to guide the college student Party members to cultivate a team spirit and positive attitude towards life so as to enhance the level of Party construction among the college students is an important and urgent task in the college grassroot Party construction in new era. The article preliminarily discusses the problems existing in the Party construction among the college students based on acts, integrates the concept of career education into it, and analyzes the functional status of career ed- ucation in the Party construction in detail, which lays a theoretical foundation for innovating the college students Party construction, strengthening the fighting strength, cohesion and creativity of the student Party branches, and promoting the student Party member team spirit.
