浅谈高校基层党组织开展创先争优活动的举措

摘　　要："创先争优"活动,是践行科学发展观活动的继续。高等学校作为思想阵地和理论前沿,应推动"创先争优"活动与高等教育的中心工作相结合,组织基层党组织及其党员争当优秀、创造先进,使"创先争优"活动成为推动高校科学发展的保证和动力。本文结合高校基层党组织工作实际,提出高校开展创先争优应努力践行"1个落实"、"2个争当"、"3个创建"、"4个做到",从而使高校基层党支部在做好本职工作和总结前期经验的基础上,推动创先争优活动朝着更加高效和有序的方向开展。The campaign ＂Try to be the best and contend for the first＂, is the continuousness of the scientific development outlook in practice. As the ideological and theoretical front, colleges and universities are supposed to promote the development of the campaign among the basic level Party branches and all the party members, making for impelling the scientific development in colleges the campaign become the assurance and power and universities. Combined with the practical experience of base level Party branches in colleges and universities in the campaign of ＂Try to he the best and contend for the first＂, a mode is proposed in this paper, which specifically refers to ＂l--implement, 2--contends, 3--establishments and 4--promises＂ to help the basic level Party branches in colleges and universities do well in their own work and sum--up of the earlier experiences, so as to promote the campaign development towards a more orderly and higher efficient direction.
