小康型乡镇居民保健与医疗需求调查分析——以昆山市锦溪镇为例

摘　　要：通过问卷调查和入户访谈的形式对锦溪镇农村居民使用公共健身设施比例、获得保健与医疗信息的主要途径、对医疗费用的接受程度和对医保的肯定程度等情况进行调查,结果表明,要满足小康型乡镇居民的保健与医疗需求,就必须加大公共保健信息的宣传力度,并逐步完善公共保健设施;完善各类科室,尤其是心血管科室的设置,并增设内分泌科室;加大农村医疗保险力度;完善村级社区医院的设施并不断提高社区医院医护人员的素质。A questionaire and home visits are made in Jinxi Town to investigate how rural residents obtain heahhcare and medical information, how much they can afford for medical costs and how they support the cur- rent heahhcare system. The result shows that healthcare information should be more publicized, heahhcare e- quipments improved, departments of all kinds established, especially cardiovascular departments and endo- crine departments, rural medical insurance increased, the facilities of village hospitals improved and the medi- cal staff in community hospitals strengthened.
