摘 要:车辆传动、行动构件数量多,且服役条件恶劣,要求有高的强韧性和疲劳寿命,现有铝材及制造技术无法满足。本文研究了变形参数对超高强铝合金构件性能的影响,发明了逐次控制变形方法和径向扩、收多次挤压控制金属流线方向新工艺,给出了相应的工艺规范,解决了构件疲劳寿命低的难题,实现了装备轻量化。Transmission and action components of vehicle is plentiful, and service working conditions are bad, it requires a high strength and fatigue life, the existing aluminum alloy and manufacturing technology can not meet it. The influence of deformation parameters of ultra high strength aluminum alloy on component performance was studied, the method of succes- sive deformation controlling and new technology of radial expansion, receiving multiple extrusion control metal flow line di- rection had been invented, and the appropriate process specifications had been given. The problem of components fatigue life low has been solved, and the equipment lightweight has been effective realized.
