摘 要:由故障讨建立的推理规则具有推理直观、符合人类思维习惯的优点。根据故障树分析和推理规则,提出一种基于故障树的轨道交通设备故障诊断专家系统。以轨道交通防排烟模式失效为例,阐述了故障树的建立方法及其定性定量分析方法,并根据故障树建立了"自顶而下"的正向推理规则,证明了算法和结构的有效性。Fault Tree (FT) is a special kind of inverted logic of cause and effect diagram. It uses the event symbols, logic gate symbols and link symbols to describe the system in a causal relationship between different events. Reasoning rules created by FT is intuitive in line with human habit of thinking. Based on qualitative and quantitative FT analysis along with reasoning rules, a fault diagnosis expert system is proposed, which could solve two difficult problems: 1, how to obtain and analyze system knowledge; 2, how to construct a high efficient reasoning mechanism. Finally, through a diagnosis instance of smoke exhausting system in metro transportation, the effectiveness of the algorithm and structure of the system is demonstrated.
